Curriculum

At SND INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL we follow the NCERT curriculum personalized with a student-centric approach, which is both interactive and realistic. Our curriculum is based on the 21st century’s content & methodology. Learning activities are designed to recognize the knowledge and experience that students bring to the learning. Instead of lecturing, we set up actual experiences that enable learners to draw their conclusions, examine their attitudes, get excited about a new idea, see a skill in action, learn from other students, and practice new ways of behaving. Including result-oriented academics, sports, performing arts, fine arts etc. Our curriculum is aimed at developing creativity and exposing kids to varied educational experiences. We nurture children to be confident, and self-sufficient, have independent thought processes and a never-ending impulse for learning and executing.

To enable personalized learning, every platform needs to enable a journey through the following phases: Assessment, teaching and learning strategy, and curriculum choice. Experiential learning methodology is highly effective in meeting these requirements to enable personalized learning. It is an essential departure from traditional learning methods and takes the learning beyond the classroom. The participants set their own learning pace. By combining technology and simulations with experiential learning

Preschool education is essential for your toddler because it prepares your child for kindergarten and future school which will be allowed to build a base for his future education. It allows developing a child’s personality by exposing the creativity of the child in a natural way. Primary

The highly developing toddler brain is stimulated through experimental and hands-on activities, which can develop understanding, language and psychomotor skills. They begin to appreciate the importance of education by remaining interested through the flexible, thought-stimulating lessons. They are made aware of their potential and learn how to explore and achieve in the right direction thus moving away from wide open to independence. Learning is a continual process by which we gain knowledge and skills engagingly and creatively within a challenging, yet secure, environment.

We encourage these skills to be applied in real contexts at school and at home. Learning at Anson is about creating meaning from experience. Our learning experiences will include those in our local area, those celebrating our British values and those that celebrate and reach a global education audience. The National Curriculum will be taught with six key learning behaviours at the heart of our lesson planning. We will look to develop every child as a lifelong learner and support parents to develop these skills beyond the school day.
